First: Very difficult to get in touch with, unreliable phone response. Ok, I know...Covid...everything these days is COVID's fault. But, ok.
Second..and UNFORGIVABLE, they increased the price they quoted me by more than 30% in THE SAME DAY. Predatory, no ethics and ridiculous.

We unfortunately had to rent a 20 yard dumpster to dispose of all of our belongings that molded in 2 leaky storage containers. Side note- do not use @getacoolbox they leak and the company is unresponsive. Back to Grimetime- they were easy to deal with, prompt, did what they said they were going to do and even sympathetic to our situation. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Mother in law scheduled a dumpster and I had to get involved because all of the issues. Completely unreliable. First dumpster we ended up filling the first half of the day. She called and requested a pickup and an exchange for Thursday. Was told not an issue and would be done by the evening. Friday morning already taken off work and had people to help. Asked the neighbor and dumpster was not swapped.

I called and was told they do not guarantee less than 24 hours and they would review the notes, check status and call back. After 30 min I call back and told it was changed from a Thursday to Saturday

I have been working on a home remodel project over the past several months and rented Grime Time dumpsters on three separate occasions. The first two rentals went smoothly but we had an unfortunate glitch with the third dumpster. I'm happy to report that the Grime Time management team addressed my concerns promptly and stepped up to correct the problem. Many of the companies I have worked with over the years have provided good service when everything has gone as planned, but only a few have demonstrated they were exceptional by addressing challenging problems promptly and professionally.
