Questions
Do I need a roofing permit for my project?
Permits are required for most roof replacements and major repairs. Ferris Roofing handles permit applications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
What does a roofing estimate include?
Estimates detail material costs, labor, timelines, and scope of work. We provide transparent breakdowns with no hidden fees or surprises.
How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?
Signs like widespread leaks, missing shingles, or age over 20 years indicate replacement. Minor issues like localized damage may only require repairs assessed during our free inspection.

Are your roofing materials warrantied?
We offer manufacturer warranties on materials and workmanship. Specific terms depend on product selection and are detailed in your service agreement.

The crew at Ferris Roofing did a great job. They came in and reroofed our house all in one day. They worked hard in the DFW summer heat and cleaned up very well after the job was done. Thanks!

The owner is phenomenal to deal with. They did a quality job, finished ahead of schedule, and on budget for my 8007 sq ft rental. Would highly recommend them!! Ask for the "good ol' boy" southern discount. :)

Very impressed with the level of service I received from beginning to finish. After my initial call, the Owner was able to have someone out the next day to provide a temporary repair until I could file the necessary paperwork for my new roof. You will not be disappointed with this company!
