From my first call to discuss their services, to the actual duct cleaning and cleanup, Dryer Ducks were responsive, professional and thorough! They even recommended installing a bird cage to prevent the sparrows from using our vent as an AirBnB!

I reached out to Dryer Duck on a Sunday through there website about an issue i had cleaning my dryer duck. They responded quickly with a call the following Monday and scheduled an appointment the following week. The communication was fantastic from the Dryer Duck team from the beginning. The service tech contacted me early in the day for my appointment later in the afternoon. Received a call form the scheduler and told me my technician (Michael) was running late due to the weather and ice which was very true. He showed up at 4:15, 45 mins late but still showed up and went straight to work. He

Sam was on time, very professional and courteous and explained what he was going to do. He also determined that our dryer vent was not connected in the wall and showed us a picture of that so we could get it repaired. Would definitely use Dryer Ducks again and refer customers to this great company. Thanks Sam and thanks Dryer Ducks!

Dryer Ducks is my go-to company for cleaning ductwork. The folks at the front desk and technicians have all been prompt, professional and friendly. I like that they use text messages to notify when they're coming, updates on your work order and an online portal to pay.
