Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. While repairing our freezer, which had a small water leak and often frosted over, they broke the sealed system chipping the ice away. Broke through a copper pipe. Released all the Freon in to the atmosphere. They never fixed it. No call no showed five times. Left us in a terrible position and broke our 48inch Kenmore Elite $10,000 refrigerator. Left is worse spot. Don’t return calls. Cancel appts. They are evasive and route your call overseas to India. 90 minutes hold times. I tried to have them file an insurance claim and give us some money toward

UPDATE: Left a message for Brian on his cell number below about two weeks ago and have not heard back.
ORIGINAL: The best thing I can say is that the guy showed up. Eventually. 45 mins past the window, he comes in and within 2 minutes is telling me that he's only here for the paycheck. Shakes the fridge and immediately tells me there's nothing he can do about the rattling compressor. After 15 more minutes of complaining about his life he charges me $150 for a "Diagnostic Fee" and says he's sorry that I bought a bad fridge. I will never go here again for help of any kind.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Horrible customer service. They canceled on us last minute, and would not put us at the top of the list. When I call to try to remedy this I was very polite, asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times, the agent would not give me one, and then hung up on me. I would never use this company again. Look elsewhere.

Do not deal with this company. They schedule a repair and then the tech doesn’t even show up. You call back and schedule again in which your waiting another 2 weeks for them to call at 2:30pm and tell you they don’t have a tech in your area that day. This has happened twice now and my refrigerator still isn’t repaired. LG was supposed to send a tech and gave me an appointment date and time and nobody showed up. When I called I was told nothing had been scheduled and it must have been a computer glitch. Avoid LG products at all costs as they do not stand behind or repair their products.

Awful experience with these people. We had multiple service calls for an LG refrigerator we purchased through Grand Appliance. One of the guys was rude and condescending, I actually told him to leave my house. Long story short it took months to approve as a lemon. They dragged on their paperwork and it took several follow ups with Grand Appliance to get a new refrigerator. It was installed and then the craft icemaker would not work. Grand Appliance scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out. They were supposed to show 8/10/21 between 8-noon. They didn't show. At 2:30 called and said the tech called

A&E was able to send a service tech to fix my washer in a really responsive timeframe - they fit my needs into their schedule!! Technician was knowledgeable (reviewing the problem with me & showing me the repair part), professional, pleasant & considerate (he even turned off the basement lights behind him…)! Highly recommend them!!
