We're not a 1-day epoxy solution model - we don't use the "fast drying" all resin systems - they are weaker and less expensive products designed for a quick job - for the business to make a lot more $ - reason why we've been in business over 18 years and have a lifetime warranty on our work - we allow proper cure times for our products - we do use a polyaspartic / polyurea top coat - not the fast drying version.

We specialize in Epoxy flooring, we are licensed and bonded and have been in business since 2002, official CA. Contracting since 2006. We are NOT a fly by night business, in fact almost ALL of my competitors have gone out of business over the years with new one's popping up all the time - most other companies do Epoxy part time, example handyman or cabinet company or painters, etc.

This pricing is based on a standard size garage floor, semi-custom or custom homes might be more based on Sq Ft. There is no expiration date of this special offer. If your home is more than 20 years in age, we add Moisture Vapor to the preparation and only charge for the material - example: 2-car = $250, 3-car = $350, etc. Older homes are high risk of moisture coming up under slab.

Customize your floor's to match your sense of style and reflect your personal taste with Metallic Epoxy Flooring. Metallic Epoxy is a different flooring process and product than the traditional epoxy flake systems. We do recommend the traditional flake system over the metallic for garage floors that will be housing vehicles - as it is more durable and holds up better with vehicles, and comes with a lifetime warranty.
What to Expect

Pulling tape from above the stem walls / drywall - even though we use the most expensive painters tape on the market - there's a possibility some touch up will be needed by the home owner after the floor is dry - this is due to epoxy is way thicker than paint - some homes have cheap paint, no paint / primer, or just really old drywall - doesn't happen all the time - but expect a little touch up may be needed.
