Working with Bay Chimney was a breeze. After contacting 2 other companies that never even returned messages it was so nice to have my call to Bay Chimney returned within an hour. They got me on the schedule for the same week, called to confirm the appointment the day before they came and arrived exactly on time. We've never had a wood burning fireplace before but they got it cleaned, the damper back on track and replaced the chimney cap. They were done in less than an hour. So happy we found them and looking forward to enjoying a fire tonight.

We had another chimney sweep/repair company out for a cleaning and inspection. They recommended a clay tile removal and that a steel liner be installed in place of the tiles. This was to remedy a cracked tile situation. They quoted us $4,000. Since, thats a pretty hefty sum, we wanted a second opinion. I found Bay Chimney and saw they were highly recommended. They came out on a cancellation, inspected the chimney and found it to be in good working order. Im definitely grateful for the good news, but they also checked thoroughly to insure that it was the right recommendation. I will definitely
