2 Story Exterior Painting Job + Detached Garage... Job Start: 11/18/21, Job End: 12/03/21... Overall I feel satisfied with the work performed and attention given, from the initial Sales meetup with Joel to picking colors with Color Consultant Chris to project management by Vince and crew management by Marco and the carpenter John. The painting crew was excellent with the prep work, keeping a clean worksite and addressing any detail or follow-up request. I'm typically a DIYer, but this exterior paint job was more than I wanted to tackle myself. While I work from home, I wasn't able to keep a close

We have been through a series of exterior repairs over the summer due to hail damage. Elite Pro was without question the best of the best. Vince and his crew took expert care, updated us continually throughout the process, were on time, professional and delivered a quality job. We would not hesitate to use them for any future painting project and will recommend them without reservation!

From the very start they were very communicative all the way through the estimate, to the ordering of the materials, and then when the crew got started. Vince was very responsive to all calls and texts before and during the actual work. Vince, Fermin, and the crew did an excellent job on what seemed like a tricky project given the age of the house and the materials being painted. And they did it quickly which was critical for the time of year and small windows that the weather gave them. Final product looks great, huge transformation.

We have been in our house for 16 years and definitely needed new exterior paint and trim work including a few areas of rotted wood that needed to be replaced. Called 5 different exterior paint companies. The estimate from Elite Pro Painters was a little higher in price from most of the others but I was really impressed with the initial guy who came out (sorry, forgot his name). Not only did he walk around the house with me but made a video with him speaking over it explaining exactly what they were going to do, for example,
Replace this trim board, then paint it white and so on as he walked

Elite Pro has done multiple jobs for my home. This local, family-owned company is always warm and welcoming, and puts up with my slew of questions and considerations with patience, expertise, and honesty. They also follow through as quickly as possible. My main Elite Pro contacts, Joel and Vince, made this project a fun experience. Their work crew was considerate and professional on every level - a BIG shout out to Humberto and his wife for being so detail-oriented! As a customer I felt seen and heard, which is a gift in today's world. I'll use Elite Pro in again!

We got a positive Elite Pro Painting referral from a colleague, and so asked for an estimate on a full exterior house painting (trim, horizontal and vertical siding, doors, garages, 4 colors). Elite Pro Painting's estimate was midway between two others. We were happy with the outcome overall. The quality of the work was excellent, and the crew was friendly. The scheduling was transparent. Follow up on the job before payment was collected ensured we were satisfied. We have no reservations recommending Elite Pro Painting.
