This has been my first solar project on a property I own. I enjoyed working with Daryl at the beginning of the project. The design and installation all went smoothly and as proposed. All processes including County approvals, Maui Electric signoff, Wailea Community Association signoff went smoothly. There was a slight delay with the Tesla components as predicted. The Tesla and MySolarEdge Apps are very helpful to track and monitor solar installation throughput.

We contacted multiple PV installers about getting a system set up at our house and Maui Solar was the only one that made it a point to actually come out and take a look at the property and discuss our needs before putting together a proposal, which we really appreciated. They were quick to respond to any inquiries, and when they said work would be done by a certain date the work was done usually in advance of that date. The entire team we worked with at Maui Solar were professional and friendly, and were a pleasure to work with.

When I first moved here in 2013 I contracted with Pacific Energy to install solar on my condominium. They did such a great job that when I sold my condominium and purchased a house in 2020 I called them again. They continue to be a professional and reliable company. They focus on customer service and make the tedious paperwork process as easy as it can be. The installation went smoothly and was completed on time. The employees are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Pacific Energy with absolutely no hesitation
