We have 3 vacation rentals in Tucson, AZ and use The Clean Image of Tucson for cleanings after each guest departs. The cleaning person was about 10 minutes late. When I booked the appointment I explained exactly what I wanted done to the person who scheduled the visit. Unfortunately the person who came to clean had no idea what I wanted. Although I tried to explain, we had a pretty significant language barrier and she never did seem to understand that I wanted her to thoroughly scrub the outsides of my kitchen cabinets. I ended up scrubbing them myself after the cleaning lady left.
