This company is the absolute worst and I will be telling everyone I know and then some not to use them as they will rip you off. You get what you pay for here. They are cheaper than the other companies and we found out the hard way why. We spent our entire savings pre covid to have a new furnace and air conditioner put in by them as it was considerably cheaper and the owner at the time seemed like a good guy. Not even a month later the air conditioner stops working and they tell us a part was recalled and they had to install a different one. Well fast forward to a month later when the heat had

Called after 7:00 pm when I noticed it was a little cool in the house. I left message and ask for a call back in the morning as it was not an urgent issue. I received a call shortly after 7:00 the next morning. John arrived a little after 7:15. He quickly diagnosed the issue, igniter was bad. He had the part in his van. The heat was on and he was gone all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend VanKleef!!
