The original Chevrolet Blazer was GM's effort at competing with Jeep, Ford, and International Harvester's off-road offerings. The two-door, short wheel based Blazer K5 was a fun alternative to the more utility-based, no-frills offerings of the time and soon saw sales success. Added to that was the advantage of a fully removable top for a unique open-air experience.
Our subject car is a fully-restored 1972 Chevrolet Blazer CST Cheyenne, modified to not only look the part but, with a 5.3-liter LS motor, keep up with the best of them. This lovingly-refreshed Blazer has been restored with many period-correct items as well as a few subtle additions to enhance usability.
Originally manufactured exclusively as a range of executive cars, the E-Class first made its debut in 1953 and has been marketed worldwide across five generations. The generation of E-class featured here today started reaching owners in 2017. At the time, it was the most technologically advanced E that Merc had ever produced.
