Cant thank Advantaclean enough. Woke up Sunday morning guest bathroom toilet had overflowed flooded bathroom and downstairs kitchen. Jennifer called Monday to arrange an appointment to get people around. Adam and Jesse showed up prompt at 8.00am and worked relentlessly for the whole day not leaving before 9.30pm. They were fantastic sealed off all the affected area's removed all the water logged and damaged area's and cleaned up before leaving. Cant speak highly enough of these guys they. You hope you will never need them but if you do you're in great hands. Thanks very much Advantaclean

We had AdvantaClean of the Eastside visit to remediate mold we had in our attic. From the first meeting with Amanda it was clear the customer service of this company was different to other contractors we've encountered. She was bright, attentive, informative and responsive. Fast forward to the service day and the three person team (Adam, Sam, and Collin) were courteous, professional, hard working, and nothing seemed too much trouble. A company strong in ethics and customer service. Scheduling was prompt. Jennifer's assessment was thorough and she clearly explained her findings. The service and attention to detail from the technicians, Adam and Jesse was superb. Our home had much deferred maintenance when we purchased it and in dealing with many contractors I have had to finetune set up and clean up and press for corrections in their process. But Adam and Jesse were very professional and considerate of my home. Work area was left spotless and as they found it. They have proven to me to stand by their warranty and commitment

Our home inspector found mold in our attic and crawlspace, and AdvantaClean came out right away for an inspection and remediation. Their team (Jennifer, Adam, Doug, Modou, Yassin, and Bianca) worked efficiently and thoroughly, including labor-intensive removal and replacement of insulation. They set up containment areas to keep the surrounding areas of our house nice and clean, and they were also friendly, professional, and happily answered all of our questions.
