We hired Gary to rebuild two decks and a chimney. The job lasted way past the promised completion date. Less than six months later, both decks leaked. There was a massive failure in the install. Gary took several months during the spring and summer to identify the issue ... then agreed to fix the problem under warranty. It required the complete disassembly of both decks and that job also took weeks longer than promised. Hes full of excuses. Fact is, he cant control his subs (warranty work delayed because they didnt order enough material and his contractors wouldnt work in the

We purchased a 20-year old home on a lot we loved, but knew the house needed quite a bit of work before we could move in. Our project required totally gutting and expanding the kitchen and master bathroom, removing walls, installing new support beams, lifting the ceiling, replacing floors, and constructing a two-room addition, plus minor repairs and cosmetic attention. We were anxious about hiring a contractor due to our previous experience with a contractor who left us very disappointed. We took a long time to shop, and spoke at length with several local contractors before deciding to hire Palmer

Palmer Customer Builders is a quality firm that does what they say they are going to do, timely responds to calls, follows up, shows up as scheduled and goes beyond Customer expectations. They completed an urgent remodel of the face of my garage to repair a weather damage issue. That part of my house now looks better than new. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent quality of their work. In addition, since my home was for sale -- they went beyond my expectations and did all the necessary research needed so I could assure my potential buyers that the house was in compliance with the code based
