Hired AAA to install cameras in my home and business, so that the video system is linked together using IP Camera technology coupled with a Network Video Recorder. System works great! I can view my office and exterior of my home on a 60" Monitor in my kitchen that doubles as a television! Records everything on motion, so if i am looking for a security event, it is not only captured, but easy to find.
Fast service! I can also log into the system on my smartphone and not only see video, but arm/disarm my alarm system, lock and unlock my doors, and control my thermostat so that I can raise and lower

We needed an High Security system, with UL Certification, (Underwriters Laboratories) for our jewelry store. In calling many companies, no one seemed to even understand what UL Certification and Line security meant. Finally we got a referral from a friend in the jewelry business who used AAA Alarms and highly recommended that we call them. Our business and inventory had grown substantially, and our insurance company was now requiring a much higher level of security on our Safe and vault, and in the store due to the value of inventory having grown. We installed a new business alarm system for security with AAA Alarms and it has worked out very well. We now get a call from AAA Alarms central monitoring station and can view our cameras they installed from our smartphones and home computers to see what is happening at the office, and avoid a false alarm dispatch and bother the police dapartment. We did have an employee cause a false alarm due to him being new, and not properly entering his code in to the keypad, but thanks to the remote control feature of the alarm system, I was able to verify who was in the building causing the alarm through

False alarm 09/17 cannot shut off cannot reach anyone at the office durring normal business hours and the alarm monitoring company cannot tell me how to shut it off.... very poor customer service for the first time used after paying 40/month for a year and never using it.
