If you need carpet cleaning in Roanoke and surrounding areas, Mike is the man to call. He was more than professional to work with from the day I called to set up my appointment. The day of the appointment was no different. He was on time and took the time to assess the carpet and go over everything with me. He turned 15+ year old carpet into brand new looking carpets with his work. The attention to detail in the high traffics areas and stains, you would never know they were there. Came and cleaned carpet in basement. I choose small businesses because as i have a small business they were nice and did there best. Carpet looks very clean as this is a new home and believe people in past had dogs. They came once and did great because there was small traces of urine left they came back and deep, deep cleaned target areas for our family. And now carpet is dry and smells great! Will use them again when needed. Thanks for your hard work and great pricing. Stay safe
