Just had both fiberglass shower units refinished in my home by Bay State Refinishing. The job came out amazing, it looks like a brand new shower unit. Sergio went above and beyond to accomodate my scheduling needs and special requests. Recommend to everyone!

I used Bay State to refinish my dated tub and surrounding wall tile, and I highly recommend them. Joshua arrived on time and was professional and efficient throughout the entire process. Joshua even swept and cleaned up afterwards. For a different part of the process, I worked with Jose who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was completed successfully. I would highly recommend this company!

Great job by the Bay State team on remodeling our bathroom! From Sabrina helping us with the initial design, Andreina and Carla running operations, and Marcio, Darly, Paulo, David and the crew doing a stellar job taking the old bathroom apart and putting it back together. My one regret has nothing to do with Bay State - it's not ordering all of our fixtures first and having them in hand before actually starting the project. Had we done that we would have avoided some painful delays caused by supply chain/shipping issues. Lesson learned!

I recently hired Bay State Refinishing to do a refresh for my daughter's bathroom. I was completely amazed at the outcome and how quickly they were able to complete the project. My daughter is extremely happy with her new bathroom. Jose was great coming out to the estimate and supervising the entire project. Sergio was my point of contact at the office and ensured that I was up to date with the whole process and answered all my questions. I recommend them to any body that is in the Boston area!!! amazing work.

I was very happy with Bay State's transformation of my well-worn, stain-ridden old bathtub, to one that looks as good as new. Also, and importantly, I was very happy with the technician, Frank. Frank was professional and courteous, and went beyond the call of duty, returning the following day to put the fixtures back in the tub, caulk the tub/tile junction, and remove the protective paper and plastic. Not only is this additional work not necessarily included as part of the refinishing job, the technician nonetheless returned at the end of a very long day, at about 7:30 pm. I can't say how much

We highly recommend Bay State Remodeling & Refinishing. Im a tough customer and was skeptical of hiring a company that I found on the Web. In the end, were very happy we did. Andreina, our main contact, was a dream to work with. Shes extremely responsive and thorough she answers her own phone and never fails to provide information quickly and accurately. I absolutely loved working with her. Darly is a standout (so great), and all the workers were extremely friendly, prompt, clean, and courteous. We received a few estimates prior to selection, and Bay States estimate was right in
