Total Comfort Solutions, in particular Mr Owen Ming is not only a superior technician, he is extremely trustworthy, fair in price, his customer service first rate and will take the time to explain to everything you ever want to know about your heating and cooling systems. If he tells you he is going to there on that day, he will be there regardless of any issues that put him behind or what time he show up. Recently he worked on my system to after 9pm. Super reliable and will always keep you informed on his status the day of your appointment. If my home warranty program didnt let me use Owen

We experience a weird smell with our HVAC system. Called our regular HVAC company and they no longer service our area, but referred me to Total Comfort Solutions. Called at 9:45am and Owen literally came at 10:15am. Unbelievable! Found out the motor was very rusted and needed to be replaced. We got an estimate of replacing the motor, or replacing the unit. In order to be pound-wise, we decided to replace the unit. Don't know if it was the best price or not, but it seemed fair since the inside and outside unit and equipment all got replaced.
