Be wary of here. The employees are courteous and friendly and the consultation/estimate was free. The resultant estimate configured of $2000 in peripheral repairs and DID NOT INCLUDE the actual job I called them for!

My condo was flooded over 3 months ago when a Lister plumber reportedly broke a valve in the condo above me. My condos ceiling, walls, floors and cabinets were damaged. Their insurance company has paid us nothing and have not returned my calls. Be careful.

Sorry for the long review. My extended family had been working with Lister since day one, but maybe not exclusively. So we moved back to Galveston a few years ago and it turns out that Lister stays busy and it can be tough to get on their schedule. With February's freeze, we knew it would be hopeless so we found a handyman to get fixed up. No problem. Then, the big thing happened...hot water heater started to leak. Lister gets it and sent a guy out that next day. They get it! The guy was Daniel and he set us up real well. Our set up is a complex, two tank system. Norman was the installer and he
