Responsive at first and quick with a quote, (only reason for 2 stars) but when it came time to send proof of insurance (standard) and sign a contract (standard) silence, followed by asking for an additional $700+ to be my consultant when all that was needed to secure the job was *their* signature.
Disappointing to waste time with these folks, but there are TONS of good roofers in the area so dont settle. Found several others the same day!
(Update: based on that response, you can remove professional from descriptors as well. FYI: I had a commitment letter from the bank already

They were very professional and completed the job very quickly and on short notice. Highly recommend.
