Friendly visits and excellent service. The first set of hearing aids weren't the best for me (discovered after the visit) but Dennis and Ann found and refit a new set that I am really liking. Insurance/returns/payment process was seamless. I just had my first periodic re-visit and the fit/configuration is even better.

I knew that I was overdue for a hearing exam. I had made a couple of appointments at Community Hearing Services during 2020. Two things stood in my way: COVID-19 travel restrictions and geography. Once I overcame those hurdles, Community Hearing Services made sure that I had the earliest available exam appointment. Denis Murnane insured that my new hearing instruments were tuned to my personal needs and were available as soon as humanly possible. Thanks to the teamwork of Community Hearing, I have confidence to participate in social situations once again.

I am in my 80s and had a hearing problem for a number of years having avoided visiting with a hearing aid provider. Due to the pandemic I relocated from NYC to our summer house in Bedford NY.
Having the time I decided to visit with Community Hearing to discuss and learn about options for hearing aids. I met with Denis the owner who is hands on involved with each patient. We discussed options, I was given a very through hearing test after which Denis explained my hearing problem and recommended that I try a particular type of hearing aid. I could use it for a month and if not satisfied return it

Went to the Mount Kisco office with a pair of Oticon hearing aids belonging to my elderly aunt, not even purchased there. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I waited less than 5 minutes for Denis to greet me and within a minute he identified the problem with the aids and went to work fixing them. He didn't even charge me and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. Didn't expect that. An expert in his field, professional, compassionate and caring. Will definitely recommend him.

After 3 years of a very positive experience with my first set of hearing aids, I chose to upgrade. Dennis guided me through the new set. Community continues to give very professional, dedicated, and caring service. No question left unanswered, easy to contact and schedule appointments. Ann is the first person you meet at Community Hearing Service she was very helpful and easy to deal with when making appointments. I have been dealing with tinnitus for a couple of years. So I was a little nervous the first time to get fitted for a hearing ad. Denis was very professional, patience and answer all of my questions. Dennis and Ann were all very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how Denis really took his time to explain my tinnitus with me as well as my options regarding what hearing ads. I highly recommend Community Hearing Services
