Mom used because of her Pivitol warranty. They had to come back 3 times because she has an old boiler. They finally got it right with no excess charge AND they couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. They have my stamp of endorsement!

After replacing the attic Hvac system we began getting leaks. It caused horrendous water damage to my daughters room. Half the ceiling and a wall had to be ripped out due to their mistake. Their manager came and confirmed it was installed improperly. After the fixed it, it happened two more times and the owner basically didnt care and quit returning our calls. The worst service and incompetent work we have experienced regarding any vender for our home. After the 3rd time we hired a different hvac company on our dime to repair the water leak. The company said they have had to repair incompetent

We called them as we thought our pilot light went out of our 5+ Year old Furnance. Was told a board was the issue and if couldnt get it we would need to replace Furnance.
Called a second company as it didnt feel right.

Got a quote for $3,800 on a wall unit AC. Got the same unit from another company for $1,200. Always get other quotes before you choose this place.

I called Martel HVAC in the morning because I had no heat. By the afternoon Dan from Martel was at out house. He checked the furnance and the thermostat. The issue was the thermostat. He replaced it with a new thermostat. The heat is now working great. Dan was very efficient and professional. He explained everything he did and what the cost would be upfront. Thank you for your quick response.
