We had issues getting the gas line to the house and it took over 3 months. However after the gas line went in it took less than 2 days to get the heater and the AC unit installed. Over all we were impressed with their work. But the waiting for the gas line to go in was kind of a bummer.

We recently had Reinhart Heating and Cooling replace both our A/C unit and furnace and could not have been more pleased with the company and their employee installers. About a year ago we knew this project would be coming up so we started taking bids, even though we had used a another well-known local company for many years. When the first company showed up, the salesman was just that. He went on and one about their reviews and customer service. He even offered me both a 20% and 10% discount to close the deal.
