I got a dressing down by the head of this gutter company. The workers mistakenly came by one Friday, not scheduled, and I sent them away. I was leaving the house right at that moment. So I told them I would see them the following Friday for my actual appointment. Concerned, I left three phone messages and one email. I didn't hear back from the company to confirm it. Not a word. I was confused.

So the owner called up the morning of the scheduled appt and talked about my "anger and bitterness," and did I really want them to come to do the work right then. There were more awful words

I was told (by a rude and discombobulated front desk woman) that someone would call me to let me know a price for a simple gutter cleaning. Instead, someone arrived one day that week to clean the gutters and couldn't tell me a price, cleaned the gutters, then I was sent a bill for $225 in the mail! Super expensive and just a generally messy business all around.

I used them when they were Grateful Gutters, every year, to clean my gutters and they were very good. Now that they are Gorilla Gutters, they have been most unreliable and unprofessional. They missed two appointments, and I waited for them to show up at the appointed time. No show. No one answering the phone during business hours, voice mail box full. This is not a serious business, and I will have to find another service to clean my gutters. Huge disappointment.

Had both of my homes filled with debris and also had a few clogged downspouts. Called Gorilla Gutters and left a voicemail, they returned my call quite promptly. Wonderful service, licensed and such lovely people will definitely be calling again ! :)
