We had spoken with the company on the phone several times and explained to them the size of our project and that we were not sure exactly the type of surface we were looking for on our pool and patio deck. All we needed was for them to come out and show us some ideas and give us pricing....so what do they do, we schedule and appointment with their project manager, Avi who pretty much blows us off the day of our appointment by saying this is not the right time of year....I can understand it not being the right time of year to actually do the work, but man all we needed them to do was come out and
