Pros: AMAZING prices
Cons: Lacking knowledge on ADA doors Poor Communication Poor Quality - weather stripping coming off, can see outside from inside, leaks even my old door didn't leak.) The long wait time from Down payment to actual Install
So being a caregiver, having a parent in and out of the hospital life is stressful, so I didn't micromanage… or think too much of my ADA door purchase they had good reviews I trusted them. In the end, I just wasn't impressed I was going to just stay quiet but felt others should know about my experience. My door was installed summer of August 8, 2019

The Window Source was a pleasure to work with this year. We decided to upgrade all of our windows, and install glass block in our basement windows. The Window Source handled this easily. They showed us some different options, explained the features and benefits, as well as showed us different colors and gave us an idea of how they'll look in our home. We were impressed with the quality of our new windows, and ended up having them install a new sliding door from our kitchen to patio. We'll definitely use the Window Source again in the future.
