For any appliance repairs, definitely will be asking Eric to help out! Needed help with my fridge and they got back to me within the hour. Eric called the following day asking if he can actually come by earlier than the scheduled time, which is always great! Very professional, mask and shoe booties. Issue was fixed and explained what happened and what he did to fix it. Thank you Eric!

Our KitchenAid Built-in Refrigerator stopped dispensing water. My DIY came out and replaced several parts...without fixing the problem.

Andrey came out, professionally diagnosed the problem, repaired the circuit board(not ordered, waited and replaced) and problem solved.

I needed emergency help with my fridge and Fuse responded almost immediately, late at night, to arrange a next-day appointment. The technician, Allan, was in contact with me in the morning and even offered to come earlier than the appointed time. When he arrived, he was courteous, quick to get to work, very knowledgeable, and so helpful. He explained everything about the fridge and what was going on with it and fixed it right then and there. What a relief! I highly recommend Fuse and Allan both!
