Report
On Saturday I went into the showroom and spent a lot of time looking and considering materials. I looked on my own and with the assistance of Fariba. I even went home and got a chair to bring back to do a color check. I returned on Tuesday to decide and place an order. This time Janet helped me. Once I made a decision, she said "the system was down" and she could not place the order but she would call me and I could do it over the phone. I never received that call. I went in the next day and spoke with Tim and again wanted to place the order. Tim said he could not do it but he would text Fariba
