Refer to photos for reference of my experience. All photos are time stamped and dated in my library. All photos were taken either directly or a few days after service. If you feel like this is the kind of repair or service you want, please contact appliancerandr! If you want to be charged for an imaginary part and not have your refrigeration problem corrected give them a call! +1 (214) 710-5292 or +1 (832) 403-0283. They will definitely be sure to take your money and leave you with more problems than you started with and will leave you feeling completely taken advantage of.

Jay did great work! Text messaged when he was in route. I had an issue with my Samsung dryer. He started right away and my dryer was working perfectly fifteen minutes later. Very fair price for service too. I will definitely use their service again!

Reposting a review on this business. They were hired for a repair and the machine was never fixed properly. I was referred to Appliance Recuse & Repair by ServiceMagic.com and he we were very disappointed by his repair. I have used Service Magic's referrals for 5 years without a problem, until now. This is a home-based handyman that should be avoided. We needed our washer fixed immediately and he made an appointment with us on Friday 12/14. Not only did he forget the appointment, when I told him I would not be able to reschedule he failed to bring the correct part to repair the machine

I called the sub contract service and they were very specific about the process- $55 upfront for the estimate which would be credited if I went ahead with the work. I would get a call a half hour before the repairman was to arrive. Fortunately Jay was in the area and called at 10AM for a 4PM appointment and I was able to have one of my children come home. Jay came over early and fixed the machine within the hour. There was a slight discrepancy between the information the sub contractor gave me and what had occurred. Jay without hesitation resolved the discrepancy and went way over and above

I was referred to this handyman by Bob's Appliance Repair. This was my first time using Appliance Rescue & Repair and my repairman, Billy, was outstanding. I made an appointment at 8:30am on a Wednesday morning, and the woman on the other end of the phone said she could put me in the 9-12 slot for the same day. Well, thinking how I had called 30 minutes before that slot started, I thought I'd maybe, maybe get somebody at 12:30.
