We wanted to convert our gas fireplace into one that blows warm air into the house. From start to finish, phone calls and on-site work, The Mad Hatter did a great job. WAYYYYY less expensive than the competition. This is the second house we have used Mad Hatter and will continue to use them.

We just had our gas fireplace installed by Sean and Marcos. It included cleaning our chimney and thorough inspection of chimney including repairs to make sure we dont burn the house down. They were efficient and great to work with. We couldnt be happier. You wont be mad with the Mad Hatter.

Craig and Derek from the showroom were great to work with through the sales process. I thought I knew what I wanted but it turned out it was too big for my firebox. They helped me find the perfect vented gas log set, burner, and glass doors for my fireplace. Installers arrived 30 minutes early and were very organized. They were clearly very familiar with my specific firebox and all the stuff I ordered.

They paid attention to detail and the fireplace looks beautiful as a result. They even recaulked around the gas valve on the side of my fireplace where it separated from the drywall. I would definitely

Had the team of Sean and Ignacio clean, inspect all our fireplaces today, and our dryer vent. Fantastic service and care of our home! The use of drones to inspect the outside toppers, photos of inside dryer before/after left a great impression these guys really care about their job! Highly recommend this team and local business!

I picked Mad Hatter over other companies due to their strong reviews both online and in a local best pics magazine. I have used them on two separate occasions with significant work to two fireplaces and replacement of my chimney hood that was badly rusted and leaking water. They also identified my chimney flute was not connected properly and showed me proof via video. The Mad Hatter was truly GREAT to work with from scheduling to the actual work. Mad Hatter was able to schedule us for a Sunday install this past weekend, the day after we purchased them, so we would have our logs installed by Christmas. Chris was great at helping us select a set (Charred American Oak) and Sean was on time (early!) very professional, SO NEAT! never even could tell he was here. So happy with our gas logs, very realistic looking and warm, seamless experience. Our only regret is that we didn't get them years ago?

Their service is outstanding from booking to follow up!
Prompt, cleaning is no mess, thorough including a drone for tops of chimney! Fast and hauled away all debris and old equipment. I will use their service for all my fireplace needs!
