From the first time I called to ask a general question, Noemi was a delight :). She was gracious to answer many questions, being that I was a first time pool owner. And the answers that she was unsure of, she assured me would be answered by Kai who would come out and teach me how to maintain my pool for free and answer any questions I may have. What? One free visit? Kai was amazing and so knowledgable... but still I knew I wanted to have him visit at least for one full month so I could be trained properly to maintain our pool. He is the nicest guy out there, reliable and professional. Thank you
