I can't say enough good things about Mario and Porcayo Construction. They recently painted more than 3000 sq ft on three levels for me in South County. I've had more than one RI contractor with decent or good online ratings not respond to an inquiry, or respond initially but never follow up, or schedule a date and then repeatedly contact me and push the date out, or whatever.
That's not the case with Mario and his team. I contacted Porcayo Construction via their website while I was in another state selling a home and preparing to buy in RI. They have me Mario Porcayo's direct line and we communicated via phone and text. He was flexible and worked to meet me at my RI home the day I closed.
He did a thorough walkthrough on closing day, and the following day he met me there with the team lead who would be responsible for the paint job as well as a sales rep from Benjamin Moore. We took our time walking through the 13+ rooms plus all other spaces (ceilings, hallways, closets, doors, front porch, etc.) to be painted and picked out colors as well as appropriate sheens for each.
