John Kothrade is founder and owner of JPC Custom Homes, Twin Cities-based custom homebuilder and remodeling company. John established what would become JPC Custom Homes back in 1984, with the goal of being not just another construction company, but one that builds for life. Working in the industry since 1979, John grew tired of the shortcuts many builders use to lower costs and fast track construction.
