Pat and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with during our year long farmhouse renovation. We had a complicated project: our house is 175 years old, it needed new duct work throughout the home, dual HVAC systems, new plumbing installed and new gas lines run. But Pat wasn't afraid to think outside of the box and come up with a good and affordable plan for us. Their prices are fair, they're very responsive, and the quality of work is top notch. AC system stopped cooling on a Wednesday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Technicians were onsite Thursday morning to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately due to the age of the system and type of refrigerant the system couldnt be repaired. Metro was able work their schedule to get a new system onsite and installed that Friday so we would have a working system for the holiday weekend. Metro provided awesome customer service. I would highly recommend Pat and his team.
