Had them come to maintenance our AC units. After their service I noticed the AC fan running constantly. It has never done that until it was cleaned. We got busy and didnt get a chance to call and schedule an appointment right away. So after a couple months we call and have them come look at the unit. They quoted us $600 for a new control board. I didnt blame them for the issue but admitted it was weird timing. I spoke with the owner, David, who denied any wrong doing. Which is fine because I cant say it was 100% their fault. So this review isnt just about their service. David decides

Call them in the morning and was told they would come in the afternoon after my air conditioning unit had a problem with a capacitor. Absolutely very happy with the diagnosis and even though the part wasn't on the truck they went back to the shop and returned with the part that day and made sure our air conditioning work. Thank you very much for great service.

I am very happy that I chose to go with Galan and Grimes. They are not only an amazing value, but David really took the time to answer all questions in a thorough manner. Not only that, but they drove down to the Houston area to get part of the replacement AC, so that it could be installed faster! Very friendly and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

I will ALWAYS use these guys in the future. A previous specialist came out and was completely lost. After sinking a few hundred dollars into his work, I was no better off. Grimes and Galan answered my call, came out to see me a couple hours later, and were very swift in fixing my issues. And even though home warranty didnt cover my repairs, they did it for a great price, about 60% of the cost of a similar service at another local hvac specialist. Very professional, very fast, and very quality work. Thanks again!
