They were cheaper closer to my house the lady I talked to was so helpful and nice definitely better than the one I moved my stuff out of to come over to merrick storage they are awesome here at merrick storage

My mom was a customer here for years before she passed away. It took several months for me to reach out to try to get access to the unit and to get her things cleared out. The team at Merrick was very responsive, courteous, and understanding of the difficult circumstances. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this company!

The storage units were clean easy access into the property. If you had questions they assisted you. If I ever need a storage unit again I will be using them and the price was great the lights were great also in case you needed to go at night but did need a light in the outside units but overall they were awsome

I had gotten 2 units around the end of 2019. Due to my fiance losing his job because of his health and I wasn't getting many hours at work, I was unable to pay for my units for several months. During this time, Merrick Storage had acquired a new owner. I was very leary and so scared that I was going to lose about everything I had. I was for sure that someone out of state wasn't going to care and that they just wanted their money. Boy was I surprised! They have bent over backwards to help me and have been so very understanding. I don't know of anyone else that would've worked with me as well as

I had a very pleasant experience with Merrick Storage. The facility was very clean and I never had any issues. The customer service is excellent. The representatives are always polite and helpful.
