I dealt with the owner Jerry and was not happy. I rented a small unit for my small motorcycle camper and was charged for 3 months plus a security deposit. My unit was not available to move into for move in for over a month. So I called to ask what was going on and Jerry gave me a larger unit for the same price but never reimbursed me for the lost month. I received a renewal notice with a huge price increase. That's when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I notified Jerry of my non renewal swept out all the wood dust from their co construction as asked. Then I waited 2 weeks for his inspection
