Took 3 calls to get in touch with this company. Scheduled a technician to come out the next day between 1-5pm and they never showed up. Called again and no answer. Look somewhere else if you want prompt service

Excellent customer service! He answered my inquiry promptly and made an appointment immediately.
Mr. Mirtron came to my house and was very professional. He took my concerns seriously and inspected my HVAC systems thoroughly. He concluded that one unit had a miniscule coil leak and recommended recharging the system instead of replacing the entire unit like two previous techs told me. He recharged my system on-site and is very reasonably priced. He also recommended that I hose wash the outside condensers to clear the dust from them. I did so after he left and my units have been performing well

I start seeing water coming near AC vent. Called Mirtron AC as they have really good recommendations in Cypress Next Door App. Technician comes within few hours and he was so honest. Instead of telling us so many stories, he told us about a small leak and fix it immediately. I highly recommend them, specially in current situation, working with locals and neighbors is the smartest thing to do.
