Bob and Juan did a great job installing a mini-split AC/heat system in our Eichler. Ira came out to do a basic "check". We'd lived in this house for a couple years and never had our systems checked - it's an old house and an overdue inspection. Ira was super thorough, kind, friendly and knowledgable. Today, the Moore Technician, Kevin, arrived on time, thoroughly tested my furnace, replaced broken parts - including my thermostat- explained the process and said my furnace has some life left.
