Gary does a great job revived my dying central unit on the first time. He did restarted the motor after we had the bad weather. I appreciated his timely service with a great technique. The bill is little more than my estimate of the time. But, it was two men. So, it might be the reasonable. Yes, I'd call them again.

We had a 9pm septic back up. I am a severely immunocompromised patient with many medical issues and needed help ASAP. The gentleman that I spoke with told me it may seem like a big problem to you, but its not... and told me over and over he would not come out, then ended the call with if he did send anyone out, he would send 2 people and charge me well over $250/hour and time started when they pull away from house and doesnt end until theyre home. Thanks for caring so much! I am just so impressed at how kind you were and how well you were willing to work with us-whoops! Wrong

Had a very small gas leak under my house. I suggested that it was probably in the small area that had not been replaced yet. They took their time and checked every connection under the house with a little spray bottle of soapy water anyway. Hours later and 650 dollars later, found the leak exactly where I said it was. I will never use them again!

Had to put a drain pipe back together under the sink. Line still did not drain afterwards. Called their after hours number but did not get a response. On a plus, they got to me quickly.
