I randomly stumbled upon SHEMSS and Serg whist on a bicycle ride in SLT. The crew seemed to be working super hard and doing an awesome job so I asked them to come by and give me a quote. BEST chance encounter ever.
Serg has done multiple jobs for us over the past 7 years - new electric, flooring, carpeting, deck, cobblestone driveway, decks, BMPs, plumbing to name a few. All have been done to a super high standard at an affordable price. He is enthusiastic, reliable and incredibly talented.
Im not sure I have ever met a harder working person in my life. I actually have to take a nap after

Amazing job on a remodel project. Serg and Nataliya came up with the perfect modern mountain design and then executed on what they promised. Delivered project on time, within budget, and high quality. I would definitely recommend SHEMSS for any construction project.

We love our new Lake Tahoe home. We started looking at resale cabins for a getaway, but after seeing the quality of this new build, it did not make sense for us to endure a remodel. We have made it our own!
