I've been using Orchid House Cleaning for a couple of months. My biggest concern is consistency, and they have been good about showing up on a regular schedule. I'm not normally home when they clean (my doorman gives them my key), but things seem to be done fine, and they show up as scheduled. The owner will translate and convey any concerns I have, and when I have talked to the cleaner, we have managed with a mixture of Spanish and English.
I'm afraid that this doesn't sound enthusiastic, but that's my fault, not theirs. My goal for a cleaner is that things be clean enough, and I don't really notice beyond that. But I am very happy with them so far and have noticed no problems. My roommates and I have tried many MANY cleaning services before I stumbled upon Orchid - from local businesses to companies like Handy and MyClean.

You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process. All of our cleaners and maids are trained to use products that are safe for all surfaces, including: stainless steel, tiles, glass, wood, etc.
