TE has reached out to us regarding the installation, and has agreed to upgrade our thermostat wiring free of charge. Jonny and his partner along with an electrician were all very professional, and managed to get both thermostats on each floor wired without having to cut drywall. The thermostat is now controlling our 2-stage furnace properly. When the temperature changes slightly, it kicks into the lower, more power efficient stage (h) and when it requires faster heating due to a larger temperature difference between desired temperature and measured temperature, it kicks into the higher, 100% heating
