Forget about speaking with a live person. You'll get an automated email that you'll have to type in a request for a quote. If it's on a weekend you'll wait till monday. If it's on a weekday, you'll get an email reply the next day. This is in a warm week. Try waiting to speak with a real person in the middle of winter when your heat is gone.

I contacted Pruzansky Plumbing heating for some work on our home we bought in Glen Ridge NJ. Mitch and his team were extremely responsive. We needed a new hot water heater, which was done the next day when we made the request and was very affordable. We also need both HVAC units replaced, which was a major job. Jeremy his main technician came by our home several times before the install to settle our concerns, and assure us the job would be done as we wanted. Well Jeremy did a fantastic job communicating with us on each and every stage. When you call this company, they respond right away. Hard
