We just wrapped up building our dream home in the HCAD! Brooke was amazing to work with, she was there with us every step of the way! The process was pretty smooth, they kept to the completion dates they gave us when we began the process. They also do this amazing price lock, the price you sign is the price you pay! (With Covid and raising cost this is huge plus!)

First home buying experience was a new build from Reinbrecht, and I couldn't be happier. The entire process from beginning paperwork, to color selections, to final walkthrough and closing was wonderful. Even when faced with all of the difficulties that we have all had to navigate this past year, they were always extremely friendly and helpful. When there has been an issue, they were very quick to take care of it. Any issue we had was minor and quickly remedied. I absolutely recommend Reinbrecht homes.

The quality of work is top notch as well as the responsiveness on change and addressing any home owner issues or concerns. We enjoyed our experience with Reinbrecht. Adam was super helpful and responsive through entire process. Not very happy with our yard. Wish it had been rolled out better and the grass seed they used is terrible quality. Probably will have to replant next year. But the house itself is great and we are very pleased!
