TBC Septic really came through for me when I sold my house and encountered a failed leach field. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable but also professional and quick to make the needed repairs. The work was finished before the quoted date and was fairly priced. Good people and good service all around.

It doesn't get any better than that. This is one of the best service experiences we have ever had. TBC Septic staff are professional, knowledgable and are willing to do whatever it takes to result in a satisfied customer. You cannot go wrong with this company. TBC replaced our septic tank.
Services
Soils Test
Report
A failed Leach Field Area, or Soils Treatment Area (STA) is never any fun. It creates a mess inside and outside of the house, not to mention the health concerns and the cost of replacement. With that in mind, we want to build the correct system the 1st time. Every County requires a Soils Classification test in the proposed Soils Treatment Area.
Design
Report
We begin by searching through permits & records to find what information is available for the property. This includes reviewing neighboring surveys, soil maps, & aerial photos. The gathering of data prior to meeting our client on site ensures that our designers are informed about your property's history and unique soil characteristics.
New Install
Report
Every septic and leach field system will require a design. Inputs for your specific design are your soil classification and percolation classification results from tests conducted by a Colorado Registered Engineer and the house size using bedrooms or occupants.
Repairs
Report
A belly in a line is typically caused from settling or uncompacted soil upon installation. A belly in a line and slow the flow of liquids and solids into the tank and cause a build-up over time. We can repair the section with the belly using schedule 40 pipe to ensure it does not return. A settling outlet line will cause problems with the system.
About TBC
Report
I started TBC after a 20 year career in 'Corporate America' where I was a Vice President in charge of hundreds of employees; and oversee top-line revenue budgets in excess of $125 million. Time after time I found myself wanting to be more entrepreneurial then perhaps I should be. After all, they weren't my companies.
