No need to call anyone else if youve just discovered you need to have your sewer tank drained immediately just like we did.
Andy at Countryside was courteous and professional and did exactly what he said hed do, which is show up to save the day & thankfully our toilet system on a holiday weekend! Im so thankful for the quick wit humor while the septic was being drained as well as some helpful advice for two septic owning virgins like my husband and myself. Thank you Countryside for saving the day and our holiday weekend!!!

Had my septic pumped out. I Happened to be working the day the guy came out. He broke my septic lid, and lied about it to his boss saying it was like that. I called the company and a female lady stated she would make it right and have their driver drive another one to my house the following week. Well its been about a month now, and no word from them. I will never use them again. Not very happy.
