I called Certified Mold Company, to make an appointment about mold in my kitchen. I asked George, the person I spoke to, if there is a charge for him to come out. He said no. He came to my house and told me there would be a charge of $625
for an inspection, air quality, and mold testing. I spoke to John, the Manager, on the phone, and he told me that if I don't pay him today, he will put a lean on my house. He was very rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

John is a complete professional. From the initial call, to the actual mold inspection, he was very courteous and took time to explain everything. I called Certified Mold Testing several weeks after the great Arctic freeze back in February. My home sat with water damage for several weeks because all of the restoration companies were all booked solid. I called John to come out and assess the damages for me. He scheduled me in last minute, and came over quickly to provide me with service. He is extremely knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. After the air test results came back

This is a wonderful company. George did my initial testing, protocols and post testing. He is clearly very knowledgeable about mold. Additionally he is a patient and friendly guy who was willing to answer my many many questions and explain the situation in a way I could understand. I highly recommend them!
