Tried to call, TWICE, and asked that I simply get a call to say IF someone was available because it was Friday after Thanksgiving. I have had no response still and it is Tuesday. If I had received a call and they were too busy, I would have understood and moved on. I knew it was the day after Thanksgiving and businesses were short staffed. But, nothing.

Hot water tank was installed by Spire. When the hot water tank no longer worked 9 months later, Spire said no techs are available in Pike Road, Alabama to service the hot water unit. After calling LUquire, a tech came out and guided me through the process of not only getting he unit unit fixed but as it turned out through the manufacture warranty, a brand new hot water tank replaced. The honesty and dedication by the service tech, Jes was perfect and greatly appreciated. Id recommend LUQuire as your first choice of service.or repair.

Had system installed was told about the 0% financing figured why not, selected the option on their proposal and set an installation date.
unit is installed and two days later receive a printed image in the mail with due upon completion scribbled on it and highlighted. Toby and WJ were incredibly professional should get some office and sales staff like them
Update: Received an official billing statement a week after sending a check called christi from the other message she had no idea who I was transferred me to Deborah who confirmed I had paid.

Out of nowhere, our one year old air conditioner was not cooling. I called at 3:51 today and someone was here at 4:03! Very impressed. It was the capacitor. Had one on the truck. Replaced it and was done by 4:30. Very happy I went with Luguire!

Called Luquire to check on a dryer vent that I believed was backed up, they sent someone out to Prattville almost immediately to give me a quote and sent a tech back the next day to do the work! Dryer is finally drying! Great customer service!
