Acid Stained Concrete

Acid Stain is a method to add color to concrete floors that utilizes a chemical reaction with the metallic salts and lime in the concrete. The permanent color provided by acid stain is actually created due to this chemical reaction with these salts and lime. The challenge with this acid stain process lies within the concrete.
Concrete Coatings

This prevents the growth of damaging bacteria and stains on the floor associated with bacteria growth.
Concrete Dye and Stain

Our Dye Stain technique uses Vivid Dye. Our dye-stain technique uses dyes that have a large array of colors - so you get to choose what color you'd like your polished concrete to be. A major advantage of the Dye Stain technique is that no etching is required in order to achieve your desired color. The Dye Stain Concrete method is only a few years old and Concrete Floor Systems was the first contractor here in Colorado to use this procedure.

Concrete Moisture Mitigation

We will test the moisture of your floor using RH Testing. We use probes that measure the relative humidity and calculate the moisture within the slab. Whether or not your slab passes depends on the humidity within the slab as well as what type of coating or application will be used on top of the flooring.
