They visited my mothers retirement home and told her that Her audiologist put the wrong part on her hearing aid. She allowed them to change it. She didn’t realize it, but the piece came off in her ear resulting in a terrible, painful infection. This doctor should never have treated her without consulting the people in charge of her care.
